The VCU Rams women's basketball team is the intercollegiate women's basketball program that represents Virginia Commonwealth University. The Rams play in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

History

VCU began play in 1974. They have made the NCAA Tournament twice (2009 and 2021), while making the WNIT six times (2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2019). They joined the CAA in 1995, playing until 2012, when they joined the Atlantic 10 Conference.

The VA Commonwealth Women's basketball team is a highly competitive and skilled group of athletes who are dedicated to the sport of basketball. They are known for their fast-paced and aggressive style of play, which is characterized by their quick passes, sharp shooting, and strong defensive skills. The team is made up of talented players who work together seamlessly on the court, displaying excellent teamwork and communication skills. They are led by a passionate and experienced coaching staff who are committed to helping each player reach their full potential. Overall, the VA Commonwealth Women's basketball team is a force to be reckoned with and a true representation of the best in women's college basketball.
